Refunds & Returns

SIZING EXCHANGES

If the product is not sold out, then sizes may be exchanged for whatever is in stock. This exchange must take place within 7 business days after the product was received.

If the above is met and you are looking to exchange a purchase, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • Be returned within 7 days of your delivery date
  • Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • Be returned with original tags on and in it's packaging

mertramertra reserves the right to reject exchanges/ returns which do not comply with our exchange/ return policy. Exchanges/ returns that fail to comply with our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

As we rarely restock, once a product has sold out we do not offer refunds based on sizing errors. This is why we aim to provide as much information as possible towards the sizing and measurements of each of our products.

We are extremely transparent about the weight, composition and sizing of our products. Refunds will not be provided on this front. We ask that you carefully read the product description/ specifications & size tables to avoid this issue.

 


DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
A refund may only be made on a product if a manufacturing fault is present.
Should there be a fault with the garment, a notification to mertramertra (with proof of damage/ error) must be made within 7 business days after the delivery date for a refund to be applicable. When items are returned, they must be in brand new original condition and un-worn. Returns must be sent back within 10 days after contacting mertramertra.

Once your item(s) have been returned you must allow 5-7 working days for your original payment method to be reimbursed.Your bank may require extra time to process the refund onto your account.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not cover the shipping costs of any refund/ exchange/ return.



EXCHANGE PROCESS
Shipping for the returned item must be paid by the customer. mertramertra is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post.
