SHIPPING
Due to Black Friday order volumes, orders will dispatch within 3-15 business days.
Shipments may be subject to duties and taxes. These are not covered by MERTRA.
BLACK FRIDAY SALES
For products that are discounted, all sales are final. No exchanges, returns or refunds on sale items.
For products that are new releases, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, if the product is in stock.
We do not accept size swaps / exchanges / returns on sold out products.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on products that are not in original condition, with tags on.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be faulty or damaged.
If you were sent the wrong item or your product is defective, please email support@mertra.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not cover the shipping costs for any returned items or unclaimed orders. If your unclaimed order is returned to us & you wish for it to be reshipped, we will not cover the shipping costs.
