OUR WAREHOUSES
We fulfil orders out of 2 warehouses - 1 in Australia (AU) and 1 in the United Kingdom (UK).
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Your order will dispatch from the warehouse with the cheapest shipping rates according to your location.
For example, our website will automatically determine that AU or New Zealand customers will have their order dispatched from our AU warehouse, and European / UK customers will have their order dispatched from our UK warehouse.
If a product sells out in the warehouse closest to you but is in stock in our other warehouse, you can still order the product, as long as you’re happy to accept the increased shipping costs & delivery times.
EXAMPLE 1:
AU customer selects a product that has sold out in the AU warehouse but is still available in the UK warehouse. This customer can still place their order, but shipping cost & delivery time is increased compared to if the product was in stock in AU.
EXAMPLE 2:
UK customer places an order for a hoodie and a t-shirt. The t-shirt is in stock in the UK warehouse, whilst the hoodie stock has run out in the UK, and is only available in AU. This order will undergo split fulfilment, meaning their t-shirt will ship from the UK, & their hoodie will ship from AU. This customer will have to bear the cost of shipping from AU.
SHIPPING RATES
Worldwide shipping available. All shipment pricing is based upon weight & where you are located. Shipments may be subject to duties and taxes, which is out of our control.
UNEXPECTED DELAYS
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated on the checkout page. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to try & resolve your situation.
